Maine yeh course apni wife ko gift kiya tha kyunki woh Ayurveda mein interested hai, aur unko kaafi pasand aaya. Unka kehna hai ki concepts kaafi achhe se explain kiye gaye hain, aur unhone apni daily routine mein kuch tips implement bhi kar diye. Bas ek cheez thi jo mujhe laga missing thi — advanced topics ka coverage thoda aur ho sakta tha.

Parenting ke challenges ke beech apne liye kuch naya seekhne ka time nikalna mushkil hota hai, lekin ye course karne ke baad mujhe laga ki yeh decision bilkul sahi tha. Ab main 'Ojas & Immunity' wale concepts aur 'Ayurvedic Pediatrics' ke tips apne bacho ke diet aur lifestyle mein include kar rahi hoon, aur results dekh kar bahut khushi ho rahi hai!

The course is beautifully presented with crisp visuals and a soothing pace that makes the subject approachable for beginners. Each concept is explained with clarity, and the examples feel thoughtfully chosen to enhance understanding. While the lessons are well-structured, having a Q&A feature would make the learning experience even more interactive and fulfilling.
